Your order

Need help with an order or spotted a mistake in your details? Email us as soon as possible with your order number and the change you would like to make. Changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order is being prepared or has been dispatched.

Processing & delivery

Orders are processed within 24 hours on weekdays. Orders placed on weekends are processed within 48 hours.

Your jewellery is dispatched from the Netherlands. Processing time is separate from delivery time, which depends on the destination.

Once your order is dispatched, look out for your shipping confirmation email and tracking link. If you need help following your parcel, email us with your order number.

Choosing & caring for your jewellery

Have a question about a piece, its size, materials or care? Tell us which item you are interested in and what you would like to know.

For an item you already own, include its name or your order number so we can help with the right information.

Returns & order concerns

For questions about a return, a refund, or an item that arrived damaged or different from what you ordered, contact us at Info@FayeCalla.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Include photographs where relevant.

Payment questions

If you have a question about a payment or checkout, email us with a description of what happened and your order number, if you have one. Please do not send full card details or passwords.
