Our aim is to make fayecalla.com easier to use for customers with different access needs. We welcome feedback about anything that makes browsing, understanding information or shopping more difficult.

This page explains how to ask for assistance and report an accessibility barrier. It is not a certification that every part of the website meets a particular accessibility standard.

Help with browsing & shopping

If you have difficulty accessing product details, understanding sizing or care information, using a page or completing a purchase, please email Info@FayeCalla.com.

Tell us what you are trying to do and what information or assistance would be useful. You can also contact us about an existing order, delivery or return. Include your order number if you have one.

Report an accessibility barrier

To help us understand the issue, please include whichever of the following details you are comfortable sharing:

• The page address or product name.
• What you were trying to do and where you encountered difficulty.
• Your device, browser or assistive technology, if relevant.
• A screenshot or short description of any error, if useful.
• The format or type of assistance that would help you.

You do not need to disclose a disability or medical information to ask for help. Please do not send passwords or full payment-card details.

Questions about product information

If information about a piece of jewellery is difficult to access or understand, email us with the item name and the details you need. This might include dimensions, sizing, materials, finishes or care instructions.
