What materials do you use?
Many designs use stainless steel; selected gold-tone pieces feature an 18K gold PVD finish. Individual product details take priority. Read Our Materials.
Can I shower or swim with my jewellery?
Specified stainless steel and PVD designs are intended for everyday water contact. Exposure to chlorine, salt, soap and chemicals may affect the finish over time. Rinse and dry after exposure, and check the care advice for your specific item.
Is your jewellery solid gold?
No. An 18K gold PVD finish means a coating over a base metal, not solid gold, unless a product is expressly described otherwise.
Is it hypoallergenic?
Many customers choose stainless steel for comfort, but sensitivities differ. If you have a known allergy, ask us about a specific product's composition before purchase.

Where do you ship?
Our current delivery destinations are the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and Luxembourg. Available methods, rates and delivery estimates are shown at checkout. See Shipping & Delivery.
How do I track my order?
Once your parcel is dispatched, follow the tracking information in your shipping confirmation email. If you cannot find it, contact us with your order number.

Can I return an item?
We offer a voluntary 30-day return-request period for eligible items, in addition to statutory consumer rights. Eligible EU online orders generally also have a 14-day statutory withdrawal period after delivery, followed by 14 days to send the goods back after notice. What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
Email Info@FayeCalla.com with your order number, a description and photographs where relevant. We will assess the issue and explain the next steps. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Do you offer a one-year warranty?
